In addition to our comprehensive list of traditional civil engineering and survey services, we offer alternative stormwater system designs using low-impact development principles and technologies such as bio-retention swales, rain gardens, constructed wetlands, and infiltration systems. We also offer complete hydrologic, hydraulic and floodplain mapping and survey services that meet FEMA's Guidance and Specifications using HEC-RAS, Geo-RAS, ArcGIS, ArcHydro, HEC-HMS and other computer models.  Harmony is currently a member of the STARR II Team, a Production and Technical Services (PTS) provider to FEMA.
